Compact and modern rooms with smart en, suite and plenty of storage. Efficient use of space. Early check, in without any extra charge, great customer service. Good value breakfast with a decent selection of pastries, toast, cereal, fruit, and juice. Convenient location near South bank attractions and Buckingham Palace.
Small double bed, may not be suitable for everyone. Check, in process was slow and took quite some time.

The location of the hotel is superb, with many famous landmarks just a short walk away. You can easily visit Westminster Abbey, St James Park, Buckingham Palace, and Downing Street from here. the rooms are compact, but well-organized and efficient in layout, with storage for luggage and a double rod closet to hang clothes. the bathrooms are spotless, with luxurious handheld and rain showers.
The common area of the hotel could be more inviting, as it is described as empty at night.
